Partnerships
Rural Talent Journal considers collaborations that are relevant to rural skills, craft and working knowledge, and that readers can recognise clearly as separate from independent editorial coverage.
Possible collaborations
We consider clearly scoped educational collaborations, commissioned explainers and partner placements that fit the publication's subject. A proposal should describe the intended audience, material, placement and any support or payment involved; acceptance is not guaranteed.
Clear labelling
Paid, gifted or partner-supported material is labelled plainly. Partner placements across the website are also identified as partner material, not presented as independent recommendations or editorial findings. Labels remain visible wherever the material appears.
Editorial boundaries
Partnerships do not guarantee coverage or control over independent editorial decisions. We may decline proposals that make unsupported claims, obscure their commercial purpose or require unsafe instruction. To start a conversation, send the details through the Contact page and select the partnership option.
Know-how grows through careful practice
We look at rural skills with curiosity and respect for the experience behind them. Our aim is to explain what can be learned safely from ordinary tools, materials, seasons and shared traditions.
